Importance Of Birth Details In Astrology

It is seen that when a person visits an astrologer seeking guidance for the life, astrologer first asks a person about a birth details, such as

  1. Date of birth
  2. Time of birth
  3. Place of birth

After getting the above details, astrologer prepares a horoscope of the person, which gives lots of information.

A rising sign at the time of birth, which is also known as an ascendant is very important with its degrees. This indicates about the personality of the person according to its Navamsha. A degree of 10th house is equally important to know about the career of the person. Thus these two points plays an important role in a life of a person. To calculate these points a full birth detail is always necessary.

[crp]Besides, these two points, it is also important to know the positions of Moon & Sun along with the positions of other planets ( house wise, rashi wise, degree wise, Navamsha wise etc.). All these mathematical calculations are much more important to know about a person. The following are a few examples:

(1) Destiny or luck: This is being worked out as under.

Spashta Lagna + Spashta Chandra – Spashta Surya.

If the answer is more than 12 rashis then we have to deduct 12 from it. This gives us an exact rashi & Navmansha of a luck. We have to find out in which house of the horoscope it falls.

(2) Career: This is to be worked out as under.

For this, we have to find out 15 planets or points from the given horoscope. A maximum point or planet will indicate a career as per its nature.

  1. Lagna lord
  2. Lord of Lagna nakshatra
  3. Lord of Lagna Navamsha.
  4. Lord of 10th house.
  5. Lord of 10th house nakshatra.
  6. Lord of 10th house Navamsha.
  7. Rashi lord of 10th house lord in which it is being placed.
  8. Nakshatra lord of 10th house lord in which it is being placed.
  9. Navamsha lord of 10th house lord in which it is being placed.
  10. Rashi lord of Moon in which it is being placed.
  11. Nakshatra lord of Moon in which it is being placed.
  12. Navamsha lord of Moon in which it is being placed.
  13. Rashi lord of Sun in which it is being placed.
  14. Nakshatra lord of Sun in which it is being placed.
  15. Navamsha lord of Sun in which it is being placed.

Thus an astrologer works out 15 planets or points. As mentioned above a maximum point indicates a career of a person. It is observed that in a dasha related to this maximum point planet, person achieves a good success.

(3) Counts: These are important while match making & being calculated as under.

(A) Male counts:

Spashta Surya + Spashta Shukra + Spashta Guru.

If sum is more than 12, we have to deduct 12 to get any sign between 1 & 12.

Thus we have to find out Rashi & Navmansha of the answer. This will give us the idea of male counts as under.

(a)    Male rashi & Male Navamsha – Best.

(b)   Male rashi & Female Navamsha – Medium.

(c)    Female rashi & Male Navamsha – Medium.

(d)   Female rashi & Female Navamsha – Poor.

(B) Female counts:

Spashta Chandra + Spashta Mangal + Spashta Guru.

Again if the sum is more than 12, we have to deduct 12 to bring the sum between 1 & 12 to find out the Rashi & Navamsha. This will give the female counts as under.

(a) Female rashi & Female Navamsha – Best.

(b) Female rashi & Male Navamsha – Medium.

(c) Male rashi & Female Navamsha – Medium.

(d) Male rashi & Male Navamsha – Poor.

Out of all the above, poor counts of both are not advisable.

(4) Problems in life: These are being work out on dashas & transit of the planets. For this, a 64th Navamsha & 22nd Dreshkana from Lagna, Chandra & Surya is being worked out. When any malefic planet is passing through this, a person finds a difficult situation in life as per the nature of the planet.

(5) Manglik Dosha: This is very important while match making (a separate article is needed on the subject).

Like wise there are many points to work out in one’s life.

Thus it makes necessary to know the birth details of a person to get guidance in one’s life to get guidance from an astrologer.
