Vedic Astrology Vs Western Astrology – What Is Main Difference?

Jyotish Shastra (Vedic astrology) is an ancient Indian philosophical tradition that studies the movement of the stars and how they affect human life. Jyotish literally means “the science of light” in Sanskrit. In this sense, light refers to the light radiation emitted by stars and planets.
While both Western and Vedic astrology have benefits and are extremely similar in certain ways, the Vedic method is believed to be more developed. Though both systems interpret planetary movements in general, Vedic astrology offers an exceptionally sophisticated calculation process that results in nuanced detail.
